As most questions can be Googled, I enjoy posting logic puzzles and cryptic questions to make the task more difficult. The answer to this week's question won't be immediately obvious.

I'm starting with one of several ten letter words that have a special feature in common.

That commonality will not be immediately evident but I will add an extra word every second day. Three points if you give the answer with just one word given, two points if you recognise the feature with two words given and one point if you spot what they have in common after all three words are listed.

Your first word is:

PERPETUITY

“If life were predictable it would cease to be life, and be without flavor.” - Eleanor Roosevelt

“All of life is peaks and valleys. Don’t let the peaks get too high and the valleys too low.” - John Wooden

The third and final word (and therein lies a clue):

Typewriter

--------------------
“If life were predictable it would cease to be life, and be without flavor.” - Eleanor Roosevelt

“All of life is peaks and valleys. Don’t let the peaks get too high and the valleys too low.” - John Wooden

The special feature that these three words have in common (along with a small group of other 10 letter words) is they are the longest words that can be written using one row (the top) of a keyboard.
Well done to Bear who only need the first clue to get this one.

“All of life is peaks and valleys. Don’t let the peaks get too high and the valleys too low.” - John Wooden

Now I know why my keyboard is qwerty rather than quirky. http://fairdinkumnewschat.com/wink.gif
