Salim Mehajer declared bankrupt by court
user posted image

CONTROVERSIAL Sydney businessman Salim Mehajer has been declared bankrupt by a Federal Circuit Court judge.

On Tuesday, Judge Justin Smith rejected his lawyer’s argument that the bankruptcy notice was invalid.

The order means the estate of the former Auburn deputy mayor will be managed by a trustee who will take control of his property and financial affairs and deal with his creditors.

But, what about his illicit funds that he most certainly would have stashed elsewhere under other names or bogus companies? That's what crooks do! I was talking to a legitimate business man, years ago, and he explained that the moment that you start any type of business, you (as he put it) have to start milking it straight away. You don't let it build up and THEN start syphoning it off. That's when it looks obvious. Start small and keep it going, he said. And, Salim Mehajer would've undoubtedly done the same!

He is part of a wealthy Arab conglomerate web with strands streching all over Australia.

He and many are involved with the National Australia Bank, they use the interest free loan system for houses, they very soon own the houses, lease them to Muslims of a 'lower caste' as it is against their religion to owe money and pay interest.
This system continues to expand as more rent is collected, more properties are purchased.
The Bendigo Mulim Mosque Problem/Protest has been over-ruled in the High Court and building will go ahead by judge. (Maybe he will be the chairman or head of Mehajars trustee board)
Salim Mehajer & Co. have their interests in the project, and others, ad infinitum

To Salim Mehajer and his compadres the decision will only be a twig on the road not even worth the effort to avoid it and take a detour. They are above and ignore the laws of Australia, a self-instilled superior race answerable only to Allah.

Salim Mehajer charged with allegedly supplying prescription drugs

JUST when you thought things couldn’t get worse for Salim Mehajer, he’s now been hit with charges for allegedly supplying prohibited drugs.

The controversial former deputy Auburn mayor allegedly supplied anxiety and painkilling drugs, which police uncovered during a November 8 raid on his $3 million Lidcombe home.

According to reports by 7 News, police allegedly found 50 alprazolam tablets — commonly known as Xanax — and 174 tablets of Enzone and Targin.

Police were waiting for results to confirm what the drugs were before releasing details.

Mehajer will be formally charged on Wednesday, when he fronts a court charged with staging a car crash in October last year.

The troubled businessman is currently in prison while he awaits trial.

He appeal to the court a few weeks back stating that he doesn't belong in Jail, best laugh I have had so far this year. Suck it up princess. The only problem now is that his wife could also be declaired bankrupt as I'm tipping that she is still technically married to him and the family laws are a strange system when it comes to who get what and how it is divied up.

Slim ball belongs in either Long Bay or Goulburn not Silverwater.

Perhaps he should seek asylum somewhere.

He appears to be racially threatened. http://s7.postimg.cc/j7qtvsrc7/sarcasm.gif

Pretty Boy appears to be in more hotwater now with drug charges, another pill pushing druggy. I'm sure his current asylum home is a little out of his comform zone. Then again he could always apply to ISIS or someone like that would gladly take his monies and throw him to wofles.

Salim Mehajer to be freed after bail over 'fake car crash' approved
user posted image

ormer Auburn deputy mayor Salim Mehajer, who is accused of faking a car crash to avoid fronting court, has been granted bail by a NSW Supreme Court judge.

The 31-year-old was charged with perverting the course of justice for allegedly staging a crash in October 2017 to avoid appearing in court over charges of assaulting a taxi driver.

Police allege he was attempting to avoid the court appearance but also intended to defraud an insurance company, having jacked up the insured price of his car days before.

On Wednesday, Mr Mehajer was given a second charge of perverting the course of justice arising from alleged fake documents submitted during an earlier bail application on the initial charge.

Mr Mehajer tendered letters to court that said his employment would be terminated if he remained in custody, but the prosecution said investigations showed he was the sole shareholder of each entity.
Judge says offences not very serious

In granting release on $200,000 surety, Justice Desmond Fagan SC said Mr Mehajer's alleged offences was "not at the highest level of seriousness".

"What he is facing here is a long way short of murder or a very serious offence," Justice Fagan said.

"If bail is refused, he will not reach court until late 2019 and would likely face 18 months in remand before facing a jury and a longer delay for the alleged false letters.

"I don't consider that his continued detention is shown to be justified."

Prosecutor Rossi Kotsis argued Mr Mehajer ought to be denied bail on the basis of the likelihood of a lengthy prison sentence if found guilty, along with him being an unacceptable flight risk.
'Snowballing of idiocy': Judge

Mr Kotsis cited an intercepted correspondence to Mr Mehajer claiming a plane was waiting in Queensland for him, his ability to mobilise aircraft for his lavish infamous wedding and the his previous social media video purporting to have billions of dollars worth of property projects in Asia and the Middle East.

"The appellant is prepared to take desperate measures to avoid facing hearing, take desperate measures to avoid custody, which shows a significant risk of flight," Mr Kotsis said.

I hope he does jump bail and bugger off never to return.
Save us a lot of money.

So let me get this straight, he was declared to be placed in bankruptcy yet he can come up with 200 grand to secure his release. He has multiply charges depending against him with no monies to pay for the legal fees, I guess he would be entitled to legal aid now, so the tax payer will foot his bill.

No wonder they say the legal system is an ass.
